Rachael Denhollander is an attorney, educator, and author who is recognized as a leading voice on the topic of sexual abuse, institutional reform, and leadership training.

Possessing a unique blend of professional skills, personal experiences, and dynamic communication style, she is a sought-after media commentator, speaker, and consultant.

Rachael Denhollander became known internationally in 2016 as the first woman to pursue criminal charges and speak publicly against USA Gymnastics’ team doctor Larry Nassar, one of the most prolific sexual abusers
in recorded history.

As a result of her activism over  300 women—including numerous Olympic medalists—came forward as survivors of Nassar’s abuse, eventually leading to his life imprisonment.

In 2019 she published an autobiographical account of her experience entitled,
“What is a Girl Worth?:
My Story of Breaking the Silence and Exposing the Truth about Larry Nassar and USA Gymnastics.”

An evening with Rachael Denhollander

Wednesday, April 14, 2027
Warehouse 242
Charlotte, North Carolina

Join us for a special evening with Rachael Denhollander as we gather around the mission of Help[H]er and the women we serve.

Guests will enjoy wine and charcuterie in a warm, relational setting while hearing from one of the country’s leading voices on abuse, advocacy, and institutional response.

This evening is an opportunity to learn more about the work Help[H]er is doing to walk alongside women in crisis, strengthen safer responses within churches and organizations, and expand the reach of this important work. It will also be a chance to connect with others who care deeply about these issues and consider how we can help create lasting impact together.

Giving Partners may reserve seating for 2, 4, or 8 guests, with select levels including preferred seating and additional time with Rachael.

We’re grateful for the investment our partners make in this work. Your visible support helps build trust, strengthens credibility, and demonstrates

to others that Help[H]er’s work, standing with women in crisis, is worthy of support.
